Barbara Frota, PT, DPT

Barbara joins our Carbondale team and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado in 2017. Her undergraduate studies include a B.S. from California Polytechnic State University with a degree in psychology with health science emphasis. Her approach is wholistic encompassing areas such as  nutrition, mental stressors, and sleep habits. Ultimately, she hopes to contribute to the overall health of the community by seeking allies to address chronic health concerns. Outside work, Barbara enjoys playing outdoors, getting creative, and supporting community growth.  Areas of interest include:

Chris Trzcinski, PT, DPT

Chris is a member of our Carbondale team and is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and the University of Puget Sound, with an undergraduate Biology degree.  Patients feel instantly comfortable working with Chris, trusting his expertise and his friendly manor.  Chris enjoys an active mountain lifestyle with his family.   Areas of interest include:

Jessica Kliebert Jessica Kliebert, PT, DPT
Jessica graduated with a doctorate in Physical Therapy from Oakland University and has a bachelor's degree in Health Science and Geriatric Studies from Grand Valley State University.  Her warm and caring personality make her patients immediately comfortable and confident they are in good hands. Julie Warren, PT
Julie is the owner and founder of PRC and is a summa cum laude Physiotherapy graduate from McMaster University in Canada, with an undergraduate degree in Physical and Health Education.  Over the course of her more than 24 years in practice, she has worked with a wide range of conditions and injuries and has a special interest in complicated diagnosis.   She has lectured on shoulder topics at the Rocky Mountain Shoulder and Elbow conference, Aspen Sports Medicine Foundation and instructed a continuing education workshop on Rehabilitation of the Complicated Shoulder.   She recently was a featured speaker in Bariloche and Cordoba, Argentina in the fall of 2018 on shoulder and knee rehabilitation topics.

Lisa Kellogg Lisa Kellogg, PT, DPT
Lisa is our Clinic Director and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis- School of Medicine, with as Master's of Physical Therapy degree. She obtained her post-professional doctor of Physical Therapy in 2010.  Her undergraduate studies include a B.A from Central Methodist University with a focus on Biology and Psychology.   Her clinical focus is on the diagnosis and treatment of movement impairments, and complex rehabilitation.  Her credentials are:

Angie Hannula, PT, DPT

Emily VanGorp, PT, DPT

Paula Black

Paula Black, Office Manager

Paula has an associates degree from Mankato State University and has been an NFPT certified personal trainer for seven years.  She has certifications in Yoga Fit, Nutrition and Mat Pilates.  She is the friendly face you meet when you visit our Carbondale office and the Clinical Billing Liaison.  She is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for all who are part of PRC.  
Ashley Buerger

Ashley Buerger, PT Aide 

Ashley provides front desk support at our New Castle office as well as assisting with Physical Therapy plans.  She is an accomplished volleyball player and an Embry Riddle graduate with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies.  She is also a former NAIA volleyball player. 

Jen Cerise, Assistant Office Manager

Jen grew up boating on the great lakes in Michigan and Canada, graduating from Central Michigan University with a degree in Psychology. She played rugby for Central Michigan and for The University of Michigan. Jen moved to Colorado in 2010. She has lots of prior experience in social work and working with families in the county. I enjoy hiking, kayaking and all water activities, and spending time with my family and friends.


Kati Borowski, PTA

Kati is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant graduate from San Juan College, New Mexico.  She also trained as a licensed massage therapist at the Myotherapy Institute of Nebraska.   She is Nebraska born & raised.  Go Big Red!  Kati enjoys kayaking, cooking, time with her family and hound dogs and living a healthful lifestyle.  Her special Interests are:
