Nicole sees clients in our New Castle and Carbondale clinics.  Nicole graduated with her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver. She also received her bachelor’s degree from Regis in Neuroscience. She is passionate about one-on-one quality patient care and helping people achieve their personal goals.  Areas of interest include:

Ashley Anderson, PT, DPT

Ashley sees clients in our New Castle clinic.  She graduated summa cum laude from Colorado Mesa University with her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology. She went on to be Valedictorian at Franklin Pierce University in Arizona as a Doctorate in Physical Therapy graduate. Ashley is a Rifle-native and glad to be back serving patients on the Western Slope.  Areas of interest include:

Jessica Kliebert Jessica Kliebert, PT, DPT
Jessica graduated with a doctorate in Physical Therapy from Oakland University and has a bachelor's degree in Health Science and Geriatric Studies from Grand Valley State University.  Her warm and caring personality make her patients immediately comfortable and confident they are in good hands. Julie Warren

Julie Warren, PT
Julie is the owner and founder of PRC and is a summa cum laude Physiotherapy graduate from McMaster University in Canada, with an undergraduate degree in Physical and Health Education.  Over the course of her more than 24 years in practice, she has worked with a wide range of conditions and injuries and has a special interest in complicated diagnosis.   She has lectured on shoulder topics at the Rocky Mountain Shoulder and Elbow conference, Aspen Sports Medicine Foundation and instructed a continuing education workshop on Rehabilitation of the Complicated Shoulder.   She will be speaking in Baraloche, Argentina in the fall of 2018 on shoulder and knee rehabilitation topics.

Lisa Kellogg Lisa Kellogg, PT, DPT
Lisa is our Clinic Director and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis- School of Medicine, with as Master's of Physical Therapy degree. She obtained her post-professional doctor of Physical Therapy in 2010.  Her undergraduate studies include a B.A from Central Methodist University with a focus on Biology and Psychology.   Her clinical focus is on the diagnosis and treatment of movement impairments, and complex rehabilitation.  Her credentials are:

Kelsey Quam Kelsey Quam, PT, DPT
Kelsey is a member of our Carbondale team.  She is a doctor of Physical Therapy graduate from Regis University with an undergraduate degree from University of Puget Sound in International Studies. She enjoys exploring Colorado on her skis and mountain bike. Her qualifications are:

Daniel Ritschard, PT
Daniel is a University of Colorado graduate and a magna cum laude graduate from Texas State University with a master's degree in Physical Therapy. Angie Hannula

Angie Hannula, PT, DPT
Angie is a summa cum laude Biology graduate from Montana State and a summa cum laude doctor of Physical Therapy graduate from University of Montana.  She is a certified dry needling practitioner.  She is a diverse orthopedic therapist possessing exceptional skill with the treatment of shoulder, knee, hip and lower back.  She also works really well with pediatric patients.   Her special interests are:

Emily VanGorp

Emily VanGorp, PT, DPT
Emily graduated with a doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota and has an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Montana State University. She is a Nordic ski coach for Aspen Valley Ski Club. Her focus is on correction of movement impairments.  She is currently seeing patients in our New Castle clinic.  Emily's credentials are:

Paula Black

Paula Black, Office Manager

Paula has an associates degree from Mankato State University and has been an NFPT certified personal trainer for seven years.  She has certifications in Yoga Fit, Nutrition and Mat Pilates.  She is the friendly face you meet when you visit our Carbondale office and the Clinical Billing Liaison.  She is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for all who are part of PRC.  
Ashley Buerger

Ashley Buerger, PT Aide 

Ashley provides front desk support at our New Castle office as well as assisting with Physical Therapy plans.  She is an accomplished volleyball player and an Embry Riddle graduate with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies.  She is also a former NAIA volleyball player. 

Kendra Stephenson, Assistant Office Manager

Kendra provides front desk support at our Carbondale office. She holds an AAS degree in marketing and management. Most of her career has been in management, most recently as a medical receptionist in Denver and in the Roaring Fork Valley. She is also a certified phlebotomist. She loves old movies, gardening, and travel.

 

Amy Trautman Physical Therapy Support and Process Manager

Amy is a Colorado State University graduate. She provides process management support at our Carbondale office as well as assisting with Physical Therapy treatment plans. She is also the head volleyball coach at Basalt High School and Valley Chaos Volleyball Club.  She has a special interest in health and fitness.
