JULIE WARREN, PT is the owner and founder of Personal Rehab. She is
a Suma Cum Laude graduate from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, and has been practicing for 15 years. She maintains
a practice philosophy of client centered care. PRC has been serving clients of the Roaring Fork Valley for 14 years
with a reputation for high quality care and service. In 2008 Julie presented at the annual Rocky
Mountain Shoulder and Elbow society's conference, in Aspen, on Improving Outcomes Following Rotator Cuff Repair and in
November 2009 presented Rehabilitation of the Complicated Post Operative Shoulder.

TAMARA SCHISCHA, PT has been with PRC for 10 years. She is a Boston University graduate
and is also a certified Pilates Instructor. Her natural caring manner make clients instantly comfortable. She
enjoys the active lifestyle found in the mountains of Colorado.

Lisa Kellogg, PT is a Washington University graduate who is currently working on her doctorate
of physical therapy. She has been with PRC for 7 years and is also a certified Pilates Instructor with specialty
skills of CORE stabilization practice. She provides thorough individualized programs for her clients. She
is dedicated to exceeding her client's expectations. She is the clinic Educational Coordinator.

Patricia Fellman, DPT is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Montana State University
in exercise physiology and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy graduate from the University of Minnesota. She
has been with PRC for 3 years and besides being a skilled orthopedic therapist, she has specialty skill with
Pediatric Physical Therapy and Neurology.

Daniel Ritschard, PT Daniel is a graduate from the University
of Colorado, Boulder and a Magna Cum Laude gradualte from Texas State University with a Masters Degree in Physical
Therapy. He is a fourth generation Colorado-an and enjoys the active mountain lifestyle. He is fluent in Spanish
and has special interests in clinical research, wound care and orthopedics. He has been with PRC for 2 years. Daniel
is the clinic manager of our Glenwood office.

Candace
Goodwin, PT. Candace started her career with a bachelors
degree in Park Management and worked in the forest service. She then earned her degree at the University of Connecticut in 1991. After six years at a community hospital in Vermont, she spent 11 years in the Boulder area primarily in outpatient orthopedics, specializing in ergonomics and cumulative trauma disorders of the upper extremity.
Now living in Carbondale, Candace enjoys the areaʼs skiing and hiking.
Angie Weeks, DPT. Angie is a summa cum laude graduate from Montana State with a biology degree and a summa cum laude Doctorate
of Physical Therapy graduate from the University of Montana. Angie brings a warm and friendly approach
to her patient care. Her current treatment focus area is orthopedics. Angie is a former ski
instructor and forest service employee. When she is not in clinic, Angie enjoys the outdoors and all it has
to offer!

Kay Hadland is our office manager. She is the friendly voice you hear on the
phone and the first person you will meet at out clinic. She will make you feel instantly comfortable and can assist
you with any questions or concerns you may have.
